This weekend is our annual Pie Festival. It would mean a lot to me and all our team if you dropped in and seen us.
We’ve 180 varieties of pies served with mash, peas and gravy (plenty veggie and vegan options) and 12 quality real ales and ciders, including a 10.5% special from Tyne Bank.
We’ve a cracking line up of live music starting from Heartbreaker on our opening night THIS Thursday 3rd May. All the very best of Free and Bad Company.
Friday it’s BLUE DIAMOND, with their beautiful harmonies and lovely playing covering tunes by Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, Jethro Tull, Pink FLOYD and more.
Saturday it’s The Straits. Probably the UK’s favourite tribute to Dire Straits, and Sunday, our band of the year last year, THE UNDERSTUDIES. Look out for the best version of Prince’s Purple Rain you’ll ever hear anywhere.
